Premium Grounding was a newly established small business that had ambitions to grow, BIG TIME! They were starting from $0 revenue per month when they had approached Matriarch Digital. The CEO, James, is successful and experienced with eCommerce, however did not have experience growing eCommerce stores rapidly with the power of online paid ads.
Lack of experience & expertise: has not run paid ads before engaging with the MD team.
Lack of time: has another eCommerce store that he runs full-time, so he needed the help from experts.
Big ambitions = big risk: the goal was to take Premium Grounding to a multi-million dollar business ASAP.
We had assessed their complete business & marketing landscape, reviewed competitor insights, and their target audience behaviour to formulate a custom ads strategy. Their niche is very particular so we focused on the clear health problems that their dream buyer personas would care about the most.
Using uniquely creative copy, imagery and CRO strategies, we built a strong foundation to their ad accounts fit for long-term scaling.
Within just a 4 month partnership, we were able to take Premium Grounding from a $0 to $200K/month revenue business!
This meant that the CEO could hire more staff, lower their overall costs due to economies of scale, give time back to the CEO and team, and secure international expansion opportunities as well.
