BACKGROUND





Wild Yarn had partnered with Matriarch Digital for 2 years already. In 2023, Wild Yarn had ambitions to grow exponentially. Sayeda, the co-founder of Wild Yarn, now had the infrastructure to compete with the big dogs in the industry e.g. MissAmara & Temple & Webster. It was up to Matriarch Digital to get them in front of new audiences & grow their market share.



THE STRATEGY





Omnichannel approach - Matriarch Digital had only supported Wild Yarn with Google Ads, however it was time to explore platform expansion, i.e. run Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest Ads. Through extensive SWOT, competitor & online market opportunity sizing analyses, Matriarch created a complete custom omni-channel blueprint for Wild Yarn, as the guiding 'bible' for all digital marketing efforts of the team.


Extensive A/B ads creative testing - with the guidance of the custom blueprint, Matriarch Digital's in-house graphics designer's skills were put to the test. Every week, five new ad creatives were being tested across FB, IG & Pinterest until we had the winning ad sets & ad creatives to scale.


Product feed optimisations - Wild Yarn had new products launching every month. Therefore the Matriarch team ensured successful promotion of new products via a promotions calendar coordinated with consistent product feed optimisations in Google and Meta. This way, with every product launch, online audiences who'd be interested knew all about it!



THE RESULTS





By the 60-day mark, Wild Yarn's paid ads ROAS average went from 4x to 10.26x ROAS in just 60 days of the omnichannel approach. This meant their ads got even more profitable when Matriarch Digital was able to bring all ad platforms working cohesively together, creating a true complete paid ads machine.
