Key Challenges:
Stagnant revenue: the managing director was looking to grow, BIG TIME. They have been stuck on 0% growth for over 3 months. They needed to grow at least 30% MoM so that they could afford to hire more team members!
Lack of time: PetzPark was run by a very busy managing director! A one man band. It was our job to give him some precious time back.
Bringing their Google Ads account to today's top 1% best practices - the campaign structure & settings were out of date. For example, there was no effective use of DSAs, keywords were structured in a restrictive way where PetzPark was losing out on reaching their potential customers, & bid strategies were not utilising Google's latest machine learning capabilities. The MD team had to completely revamp PetzPark's approach to Google Ads, make sure that each campaign had a single goal/ purpose and that the campaigns were using all of the most powerful Google machine learning tools, settings and tactics available to reach new customers.
Competing for the most profitable audience - with MD's network of partners, and our extensive use of third-party tools, we were able to conduct comprehensive audience research to understand how to best reach PetzPark's top potential customers, & comprehensive competitor research to understand how to compete on Google profitably.
Product feed optimisations & management - being an eCommerce business, PetzPark needed to have very strong product feed optimisations to make sure the right products are displayed to the right audience, 100% of the time. To do this, we needed to optimise all the different product feed attributes on an-ongoing basis (e.g. title, description, final URLs, colour, Google product categories, product sizing, etc.).
By the 12-month mark of our partnership with Petz Park, we've been able to increase their revenue by +503.09% year-over-year.
In other words, we 5x their revenue, between May 2022 to May 2023, compared to May 2021 to May 2022.
