From these insights, we created an extensive, 20-page digital marketing strategy blueprint that would set Monarch up for success from day one. This blueprint acted as our bible, which contained Google Ads, Pinterest Ads & Email Marketing strategies, roles each person played, key metrics & goals defined, creative recommendations & guides, timelines we'd be working on, budget pacing & forecasts, traffic forecasts, revenue forecasts, exit strategies, & much more.
Strong Cadence, Accountability & Prioritisation - As our team began executing the action items, we knew by the 8th day that we had struck gold! To make sure this momentum was sustainable, we had daily WIP meetings, weekly round-ups & monthly strategic reviews to keep ourselves accountable & make sure that the digital marketing machine we were creating was strong & bulletproof.
